Institutional Licensing & Credentials
Florida Medical & Aesthetic International School (FMAIS) is a licensed institution (Lic.3765) by the Commission for Independent Education (CIE), Florida Department of Education. We are officially authorized to offer specialized professional Diploma programs and college-level courses designed to prepare you for successful healthcare and aesthetic careers.

  • 100% In-Person: Traditional on-campus lectures and hands-on practical labs.
  • Hybrid Option: Flexible online theory classes combined with mandatory on-campus clinical practice.

  • Age Limit: Confirm you are at least 18 years old.
  • Education: Secure a copy of your High School Diploma or GED.
  • Documents: Gather your official transcripts and valid photo ID to upload.
  • Campus Visit: Complete your forms online now; you will visit our physical campus later once your hands-on clinical practice begins.
  • Limited Seats: Apply early, as our specialized cohorts have strict capacity limits.

Begin Your Online Enrollment

Our hybrid programs combine the flexibility of online learning with essential face-to-face training. You will complete all of your theoretical lectures and assignments through our online learning platform. Then, you will come to the FMAIS campus to complete your mandatory hands-on clinical hours and practical training.

If you choose the 100% In-Person modality, you will attend all scheduled classes on campus. If you choose the Hybrid modality, your online portal will notify you when it is time to schedule your on-campus visits. These visits are required exclusively for your practical labs and clinical practice sessions.

Yes! FMAIS evaluates prior education for credit application. We welcome:

  • Transfer Students: If you are transferring from another school, you can submit your official transcripts for evaluation.
  • Foreign Professionals: If you are a medical professional from another country (such as a physician, nurse, dentist, massage therapist, or other healthcare practitioner), we accept your international diplomas and transcripts. These documents must be officially translated and evaluated by an approved agency to determine transferable credits toward your program.

We offer several flexible options to help you fund your education:

  • Payment Plans: Custom school payment plans are available to split up your tuition.
  • Grants: You can submit a grant application to see if you qualify for institutional aid.
  • Financing: You can apply for flexible, buy-now-pay-later financing directly through Affirm.
  • Accepted Payments: We securely accept Credit/Debit Cards, Zelle, and Cash.

Modality changes depend on current seat availability and program structure. We strongly recommend choosing your preferred format during this application process. If you need to request a change later, you must contact the admissions office immediately.

To prevent delays in your enrollment, please have clear digital copies (PDF or photo) of the following items ready to upload:

  • Your proof of age (Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID showing you are 18+).
  • Your High School Diploma, GED certificate, or official academic transcripts.
  • If applicable: Your prior college transcripts or international credentials for credit evaluation.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS:

Students must complete all hours required for each program. A passing grade of at least 75% must be met in all required subjects. 

Students meeting the above requirements will be awarded a degree for their completed program of Associate in Science or a Diploma for Non-degree programs, whichever is applicable. 

Diplomas and transcripts will not be issued to students who have outstanding financial obligations to the school.

CAREER SERVICE:

The Florida Medical & Aesthetic International School cannot guarantee employment for its graduates. However, the school’s curriculum has been developed to produce well-qualified graduates. 

The Placement Office will assist the student in finding available positions, connect them with a local employer, and prepare them for a job interview. The office will help students how to write their resumes and cover letters.

No person shall be excluded from participation in The Florida Medical & Aesthetic International School or be subject to any form of discrimination because of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, or disability.

Cancellation Policy

Should a student’s enrollment be terminated or canceled for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule:

  • Cancellation can be made in person, through electronic mail, through Certified Mail, or by termination.
  • All monies will be refunded if the school does not accept the applicant or if the student cancels within three (3) business days after signing the enrollment agreement and making the initial payment.
  • Cancellation after the third (3rd) business day but before the first class will result in a refund of all monies paid, with the exception of the registration fee (not to exceed $150.00).
  • Cancellation after attendance has begun, through 40% completion of the program, will result in a Pro Rata refund computed on the number of hours completed to the total program hours.
  • Cancellation after completing more than 40% of the program will result in no refund.
  • Termination Date: When calculating the refund due to a student, the last date of actual attendance by the student is used in the calculation unless an earlier written notice was received.
  • Refunds will be made within 30 days of termination of the student’s enrollment or receipt of a Cancellation Notice from the student.
 
GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION:

I agree to comply with the rules and policies stated in the School catalog and understand that the School shall have the right to terminate this contract and my enrollment at any time for violating the rules and policies. I understand that the School reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations, and I will be notified of such changes.
